The High5 Energy Drink Tub 2.2kg is a scientifically formulated carbohydrate and electrolyte solution designed to enhance endurance exercise performance and hydration.
During endurance exercise, your body requires carbohydrates for energy to sustain performance. Failure to replace lost water and electrolytes through sweat can lead to dehydration. Energy Drink is formulated to address these needs, providing the necessary carbohydrates and electrolytes for sustained performance and enhanced hydration during endurance exercise.
Research on traditional sports drinks has shown that you can only consume up to 60g of carbohydrate per hour. However, Energy Drink is a 2:1 fructose mix, allowing you to consume up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour - a significant 50% more energy!
Energy Drink is intended to be consumed before and during exercise. Mix the powder contents into 500ml of water and shake well. Drink 150-250ml every 20 minutes during sport. The electrolyte level in Energy Drink is sufficient for most race conditions. However, in high temperature conditions when sweat production is increased, it is recommended to add a HIGH5 ZERO neutral tab to Energy Drink for an extra electrolyte boost.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
